I have lived with Mental Illness all my life. First with my mother, then with my ex husband, and now for the last 19 years with my sweet wonderful first born daughter.
It is has been a rough road. I found web pages to be a good way to educate folks on Bipolar disorder and other mental illnesses, and have fun to.

I have allot of interests, activism is one.
Reading I love to read a good book.
Taking long walks especially in spring.
I love My 'Putter. And have many email support groups, and love to surf the net to learn.
